Build Still Missing After Age Check

After an age check, distinguish confirmed completion from merely finishing the capture or submission screen. Record the account's displayed result, then compare the Build entry before and after the documented reopen step. Completion of that check does not establish every other access requirement.

Symptom

Build remains missing directly after an attempted or completed age check.

Immediate action

Record the actual check outcome and confirm it belongs to the currently used account.

Diagnostic branches

No successful completion outcome was observed.
Keep completion unconfirmed and follow the actual age-check status or failure guidance.
Completion is confirmed, but the app has not been reopened after the documented checks.
Follow the scoped reopen instruction and compare the entry state.
The same account remains missing after completion and reopening.
Record that transition and move to the remaining region/device triage.
An age-check prompt appears again instead of an absent entry.
Use the repeat-prompt guide, preserving the earlier completion and new notice.

Least-destructive change

Observe the completion and reopen sequence without undoing verification or repeatedly submitting identity material.

Retest

  • The comparison uses the same signed-in account.
  • The post-check state is named as absent, locked, empty or open.
  • An unobserved completion or unknown delay is not filled in from assumption.

Escalation

If the documented path leaves a contradictory result, provide official support the redacted before/after states and observation times, not private verification images or an invented unlock deadline.

Working notes

This page concerns the transition immediately around a check. Write what the account showed before starting, what completion or failure wording appeared, and what Build shows now. A record of those states is more useful than a vague claim that verification was done.

Keep account identity consistent without signing into someone else's account. If the completed flow belongs to a different profile from the one showing the missing entry, you have not observed a post-check failure on the same account. Do not transfer verification material between accounts as a remedy.

Use the official reopen recommendation within its scope. It provides a next check, not a timer or a promise that every eligible interface appears immediately. If the entry remains absent, move to the remaining region and device conditions rather than repeating the age process indefinitely.

Record time only as an observation. The interval between completion and your next check does not establish an official propagation delay. Keep unknown timing unknown, and avoid advice to wait a made-up number of hours before the issue can be investigated.

Examples

  • Before/after record: profile label / entry state before check / actual completion wording / reopen performed / entry state afterward / remaining condition not established. Do not attach verification images to this record.
  • Incomplete branch: the capture screen closed but no successful outcome was shown. Record the result as unconfirmed and consult the age-check flow instead of claiming Build ignored a completed check.
  • Completed branch: completion is visible and the same account still has no entry after reopening. Preserve that sequence, then investigate remaining eligibility rather than resubmitting the same material.
