Check the requirements in order

  1. Region: Build must be available where the account is located. Roblox has not published a complete country schedule.
  2. Age: the account holder must be at least 9 years old.
  3. Age check: the required age check must be complete.
  4. Device: current Roblox Support requires an Android mobile device.
  5. App restart: close and reopen the Roblox app after completing the requirements.

This order separates rollout access from account and device issues. A missing tab is not enough evidence to claim a bug.

If the tab still does not appear

Confirm that you are using the intended account and that the age-check status belongs to that account. Then review the current country rollout note and Android requirement.

Roblox does not list VPNs, region switching or account-location manipulation as supported fixes. Do not treat them as a safe unlock method.

iPhone and iPad confusion

Some earlier coverage discussed mobile devices broadly. Current Roblox Support is more specific: it lists Android as the Build device requirement. The iOS status page keeps older reporting separate from the current availability statement.

Common problems

  • Account is age 9+ but not age checked: complete the age check; the age on the profile alone is not the full requirement.
  • Age check is complete but the tab is missing: region and Android device requirements can still block access.
  • The app was left open during setup: fully close and reopen it.
  • Another account has Build: rollout and eligibility can differ by account; do not infer universal access.

What Roblox has not confirmed

Roblox has not published a complete country table, an exact unlock delay after age checking, a supported VPN workaround or a guaranteed date for every eligible account.
