Separate Age-Related Access and Prompt Refusal

An age-related prompt refusal and an account that cannot enter Build are different problems. Use the exact notice to decide which applies. Redesign an unsuitable request; do not change age information, borrow an older account or switch identities as a way to make the same refused content pass.

Symptom

A notice appears to connect a prompt or access restriction with account age or audience suitability.

Immediate action

Identify the notice's exact stage before deciding between account access and content redesign.

Diagnostic branches

Build entry is unavailable before a request can be made.
Use truthful official eligibility and age-check guidance, not prompt rewriting.
An entered request receives an explicit suitability refusal.
Remove the unsuitable premise rather than altering account identity.
The notice does not explain whether age is relevant.
Preserve its wording and leave the cause uncertain.

Least-destructive change

Keep account accuracy and content suitability as separate legitimate tasks.

Retest

  • The next step addresses the actual stage of the notice.
  • The revised premise removes the unsuitable element rather than hiding it.
  • No false account details, borrowed identity or approval promise is introduced.

Escalation

Ask official assistance about an unclear account or refusal notice using nonsensitive evidence. An age correction is not a moderation-bypass method.

Working notes

Record where the notice appears. A request refused after entry concerns a different stage from a missing or locked Build tab. The access guide owns eligibility and accurate age-check correction; this page does not treat account editing as a content-generation technique.

When the response identifies audience suitability, inspect the premise and interactions rather than guessing which word triggered it. Remove the unsuitable activity or framing itself while retaining a benign goal such as navigation, collection or an abstract puzzle. A sanitized label on the same underlying request does not constitute redesign.

Keep creator access and the generated game's audience separate. Being able to use the creation tool does not establish that every requested theme is appropriate, and a game's current audience label is not an exemption from platform content rules. A completed age check does not guarantee approval of a prompt.

If the account's recorded information is genuinely inaccurate, use the official account-correction guidance with truthful information. Handle that as a separate account issue, not a prerequisite for testing disguised content variants. Save the exact original notice and keep identity-verification documents out of public troubleshooting posts.

Examples

  • Stage distinction: a locked entry asks for an age check before any prompt is sent; a later response refuses the proposed theme. The first belongs to access troubleshooting, while the second requires reviewing the request and its audience suitability.
  • Redesign question: can the intended challenge become a clearly benign route-planning puzzle without the unsuitable premise? If the refused activity remains essential, stop instead of renaming it.
